Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, and old enough to enter a binding agreement or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree to give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security.

Bagged gives creators tools to plan and publish content, see analytics, read and manage brand deals, create contracts and invoices, and run a public Creator Page. We may add, change or remove features. Some features need a paid plan, and some depend on third-party platforms, described in section 4.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partly used periods.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next billing period.

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn or another platform, you authorise Bagged to access that account and act on it as described in our Privacy Policy, and only when you ask us to, for example to publish a post you've scheduled.

You remain bound by each platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, and you are responsible for the content you publish through Bagged. Bagged is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these platforms. Features that depend on a platform may change or stop if the platform changes its services or access.

You own the content and information you add to Bagged. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Bagged for you, including showing your Creator Page to people you share it with and publishing content when you ask us to. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload or publish.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• publish spam, misleading, hateful, harassing or illegal content, or break a connected platform's rules;
• access other people's accounts or data, or try to get around security, rate limits or plan restrictions;
• reverse engineer, scrape or overload Bagged, or use it to build a competing product;
• use AI features to create content that is deceptive or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Deal Read values, rate suggestions, drafted replies, contracts, captions and insights are generated with software and AI. They are informational, can be wrong, and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Review everything before you rely on it, sign it or send it.

We work to keep Bagged available and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; if a change is material we'll tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Bagged means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Bagged and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as limits on liability, continue to apply.

Bagged is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
