Questions worth answering upfront
Do I need to pay right away?
New accounts include a handful of free reads to try Bagged on a real deal first. Starter and Pro are for once you're using it every week, not a requirement on day one.
How does billing actually work?
Card payments only, processed through Paystack. Prices are shown in USD, but you're charged the KES equivalent — that's how our payment processor is set up, and it's disclosed here rather than buried in a receipt.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of your current billing period — no refund gymnastics, no immediate lockout.
What's the actual difference between Starter and Pro?
Pro adds a public media kit page — a link you can hand a brand directly — plus priority support. Everything else (unlimited reads, invoices, contracts, reply drafting) is the same on both.
What currencies do you support?
KES and USD, both in the app and on your invoices. That's what the product supports today — nothing broader, and we won't claim otherwise.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing whenever your needs change.
