Do I need to pay right away?+
Yes. Bagged's deal analysis and creative tools are part of Starter or Pro from day one, no free tier or trial period. You can see exactly what each plan includes above before you commit.
How does billing actually work?+
Card payments only, processed through Paystack. Prices are shown in USD, but you're charged the KES equivalent. That's how our payment processor is set up, and it's disclosed here rather than buried in a receipt.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of your current billing period, no refund gymnastics, no immediate lockout.
What's the actual difference between Starter and Pro?+
Starter runs the business side: Deal Read, your pipeline, unlimited contracts and invoices, the calendar and reminders. Pro adds the creative and growth tools: AI captions, Hook Lab, Script Refiner, platform analytics and a Creator Page storefront brands can book you from.
What currencies do you support?+
KES and USD, both in the app and on your invoices. That's what the product supports today, nothing broader, and we won't claim otherwise.
Does Bagged post to my accounts automatically?+
Not yet. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube have to approve Bagged before it can publish for you. Until then, you plan and schedule in Bagged, we remind you when it's time, and you mark it published.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing whenever your needs change.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual. Both plans cost less per month that way, charged once a year instead of every month.
What if I manage deals for more than one creator, or run an agency?+
