- Build and improve the AI-powered deal analysis pipeline
- Design prompts and evaluation systems that hold up on real, messy creator DMs
- Ship AI features as real, reliable product surfaces — not demos
What we're looking for
- Real experience building product features on top of LLMs
- Comfortable with the full loop: prompt, evaluate, ship, iterate on real data
Nice to have
- Experience with structured extraction from unstructured text
- General full-stack ability (this is still a small team)
