Own the AI side of Bagged's deal-reading product: the part that actually parses a brand DM and tells a creator what it's worth.

What you'll own
- The deal-analysis AI pipeline end to end
- How new AI-powered tools (like Hook Lab and Script Refiner) get evaluated before they ship
What you'll do
- Build and improve the AI-powered deal analysis pipeline
- Design prompts and evaluation systems that hold up on real, messy creator DMs
- Ship AI features as real, reliable product surfaces, not demos
What we're looking for
- Real experience building product features on top of LLMs
- Comfortable with the full loop: prompt, evaluate, ship, iterate on real data
Nice to have
- Experience with structured extraction from unstructured text
- General full-stack ability (this is still a small team)
What success looks like
- AI features hold up against real, messy creator DMs, not just clean test cases
- You can explain why a prompt or pipeline change actually improved results
Why this role matters
The AI read on a deal is the first thing a creator sees from Bagged, if it's wrong, nothing else matters.

Directly with the founder and the Founding Software Engineer.
